INTERMEDIATE BELLY DANCE COURSE

Level 2 – Intermediate Belly Dance course:
This course is suitable for students who have already completed the Level 1 – Beginner Belly Dance course or for those who have two to three months experience in belly dance. We build on technique progressively and refine our movements, challenging our muscles to carefully execute our isolations and various belly dance movements. We also learn exciting choreographies and intense combinations to traditional arabic rhythms and uptempo middle-eastern tunes.
What to carry with you in class?
Please bring a bottle of water to class and come fifteen minutes early to complete the health and safety forms at reception. There are lockers and change rooms available at the gym. We dance in bare feet or ballet/belly dance slipper/shoes. Comfortable stretch gym/dance trousers or skirts are ideal, traditional coined belly dance hip-scarves can be purchased in class for £10.
